Customer service is absolutely distressing. They don’t have a solution when something goes wrong. And they have untrained people taking calls posing a customer service reps. If you want to have a world class company, you need world class customer service, not anybody off the street who can speak english and uses the web.

I’ve been with BlueHost for several months now, and my overall experience has been ok. They haven’t really wowed me that much, but there hasn’t been anything wrong with them, either. Mostly I’ve found that they just don’t seem that interested in going the extra mile. Then again, they don’t cost a lot, so you really do seem to get what you pay for. For a cheap, simple site, they seem to be fine.
BlueHost is great! I tell all my friends and family about them and how they should use them for their site hosting. It’s nice that they care so much about their customers and every time I need something they are always ready and willing to help me. They answer all of my questions and I’m really surprised that I get so much because I’m not really paying a lot. It’s a great deal.

When you’re looking for cheap, affordable, reliable Web hosting, don’t bother with BlueHost! They’re terrible! I haven’t had them for long, but they don’t seem to be able to answer emails without passing you along to someone else because they can’t help you or don’t know what you’re talking about. If you’re thinking about using them, take my advice and look elsewhere. There are plenty of cheap hosting companies around. Pick a different one.
With BlueHost I’ve had nothing but problems! My site has gone down twice and no one seems to be able to tell me why it’s happening. I’ve also had trouble getting hold of anyone in customer service who seems to know what they’re doing. Everyone passes the buck to everyone else, and all I want is cheap, simple site hosting. Why does BlueHost think that’s too much to ask?
